Report Incidents Immediately

Delaying reporting can make a small issue much worse.

• Report suspicious emails, links, or activity right away (contact your Funtioneelbeheerder or superior)
• Don’t try to fix security issues yourself, you might make it worse, don't reply.
• Report even if you’re not 100% sure it’s a threat
• Don’t delete suspicious emails—report them first
• If you clicked something by mistake, inform IT immediately (no blame culture)
• The faster you report, the easier it is to contain the damage
• Share details like time, message, and what you clicked
