Watch for Social Engineering

Not all attacks are technical—many target people directly.

• Be cautious of unexpected calls or messages asking for info
• Be cautious of calls claiming to be from IT, banks, or management
• Never share passwords/PIN or sensitive data
• Verify identity before giving access or information (check details on e-mail senders)
• Report suspicious interactions—even if you didn’t fall for it
